About Us
Co-operative Mobility (formerly BenefitsNow) was formed in 2001, launching an online store selling the widest range of specialist disability, mobility, healthcare and daily living aids at the best possible prices.  In 2010, Benefits Now became part of the co-operative Xest family of businesses, all aimed at making everyday life easier.  Find out more about what it means to be a co-operative business.

Customer Service
We are committed to providing the highest standards of customer service to both retail and trade customers. The site is fully functional and enables people to shop with the minimum of fuss. Returns
We recognise that people are unable to try items before they buy so we have a "no quibble" arrangement whereby we will refund unsuitable goods if we are informed within 14 days of receipt.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  Find out more about Delivery and Returns.

Security

We use Sagepay to process card payments. Sagepay's online payment system is the most sophisticated available. All financial transactions are processed securely behind protected firewalls, allowing us to safely process your card payment with the bank.
